Advice

Approved Repair Facilities - Estimates electronically dispatched to
Lombard image desk from approved repair facility. Parts ordered, appointment
set and rental arranged as per coverage.
Other Repair Facilities
- We will evaluate the damage and come to an agreed value for the repair
work. We encourage our customers to carefully review their choice prior
to authorizing any repairs.
Property
Preferred contractors recommended for structure claims. Notice of loss
mailed and replacement service assistance provided for larger contents
and claims
