Auto/Liability Losses
1. Call Police or attend a Collision Reporting Centre (Ontario only).
2. Have your policy information handy.
3. Obtain names and particulars of all drivers, injured parties, witnesses and police.

4. Do not discuss responsibility/fault.
5. Do not authorize repairs until you have spoken with your insurance adjuster.
6. Report the claim as soon as possible to your local broker.

Who to Call to Report a Claim
During the Day

You should notify your Broker of any loss that has occurred. Your Broker will discuss your claim with you and report the details to us on your behalf. You will be contacted by our adjuster within 24 hours if not sooner.

After Business Hours
Lombard Canada provides Canada Wide bilingual service, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by experienced operators and call adjusters. You will find the toll-free number on your VIP card or policy renewal document.

You will be asked a series of questions and if immediate assistance is required you will be contacted within 30 minutes by a local adjuster. If the claim circumstances are of a minor nature and immediate assistance is not required the information will be passed along to the Lombard Claim Department for attention on the next business day.
